• Local Sourdough Bread Stuffing

  • Our traditional family recipe but with a twist! Klingers sourdough bread

• Trinidad Corn Pie

  • A fan favorite! Cornmeal pie with Cabot Vermont sharp cheddar, peppers and scallions

• Stonewood Turkey 

  • Slow roasted turkey breast from Stonewood Farm in Orwell
